Its more difficult than it sounds though. I have my breakfast and lunch and then around 4pm because I've been running about all day, I'm ravished, so I weigh out some dried fruit and have a ham sarnie or yoghurt or something.
I hardly take in any fat for my breckie and dinner but i need to pad this out, so i allow myself a snack at 4pm to bump up my fat intake. Is this wrong?
