i look at the fat content of what i buy and try to keep all meals to under 10 grams, if you eat too much you will suffer the side effects! which thanks god i have had none but you have to be very careful
i have 1 coffee when i get up, have to have that caffeine boost with semi skimmed milk, then i swap to green tea which is an acquired taste but i like it

when i started i was so down, what the hell can i eat etc but now 2 weeks on i think alli is the best ever cause it acts as a deterrent for me and makes sure now matter how much i am tempted i dont cheat cause i would be mortified at suffering some of the side effects lol

once you start losing weight that will give you the boost you need, i have been overweight for so long, tried every diet going and now i have the incentive to keep going cause i know it works
