If you have a very low fat breakfast, it would be worthwhile saving the tablet as you suggest to have with a higher fat percentage meal and thereby save cost. Suggestions would be toast with no fat spread, but perhaps marmalade, marmite or jam on it, or low fat cereal with skimmed milk. Remember that if you have a verg high fat percentage meal, you may get side effects though.
