Milk's really not that high in fat. I think most dairy products get a bad rap, with the exception of cheese and butter. Even then a small amount of high fat food is not going to give you any side effects. For orlistat to be effective you really need to be eating a modest amount of fat with every meal. I don't bother taking a tablet if my meal has less than 6g of fat.
