only if you eat too much fat!
I find using a panty liner or sanitary towel takes the stress away, not because it happens to me all the time, its a just incase measure!!! lol
* how soon did you see results - i have 2-3 stone to lose
Im onto day 14, and i am wearing a pair of jeans that i used to have a hige muffin top with, and its nowhere near as bad
(im not going near a set of scales, im just getting checked monthly at the docs, and told him i dont want to know what weight i am, just what iv lost!!)
* Meal ideas- where can i get guidelines as to what i can or cannot eat?
keep meals under 15g of fat
I tend to have a bowl of meusli with green lid milk in the morning which keeps me going till lunchtime
lunch I have a cuppa soup 2.2g of fat (tesco ones)and 2 slices of danish bread (low in fat!!) tesco do one for 45p
and a muler rice or muler yogurt
this usually takes me to about 10g of fat roughly
iv started eating a lot of rice, which fills you up and doesnt have much fat in it
i have a george forman type grill, and use that all the time, less fat, quicker cooking time
* whats the best piece of advice you can give me?
walk!! as much as you can
im using my pedometer on my phone, and im now clocking up 15000 average a day
also, drink plenty of water,
if you dont like plain water, flavoured water does the same job, and taste good too
