Is it safe for my health?
Hi everybody, I am 22 years old and overweight. My present weight is around 190 pounds. I am trying to loose my weight rapidly. I am very lazy in exercise. I'm on a diet and I been drinking diet Coke instead of juice that has calories. Will one can of diet soda a day affect my health or make me diet in useless because I'll gain weight instead? I am thinking about taking of diet pills. Is it safe for my health? If there is any person with experience in weight loss please let me know how I loose my weight.
