I do sympathise, I ADORE cheese too! I love it on jacket potatoes, in salads, on toast or crackers or even on its own. I love nearly all types of cheese. But the fear of the side effects has made me very very careful, Ive only had a sprinkle pf parmesan on a salad since Friday and for me thats some going! I just hope it works!
