HI I am starting Alli tomorrow-March 29
I am starting Alli tomorrow. My husband is picking it up tonight a the store. I have been contemplating taking it for about 4 months. I have decided I have to at least try it. I am hoping through taking it not only will I see results but I will learn what a true healthy diet is. I am ready for a life change. I can not continue to be obese. I have 175 lbs to get to where I should be accordign to the doctor charts. My goal is 25 lbs at a time. I have lareay started a strengthening program and lite cardio because I just had knee surgery.
Would love to hear from others that have success using Alli. Hoping this forum will be a nice place to vent when frustrated and a great place to express joy when I hit goal marks.
