My Progress Report

HISTORY:
Have lost 30lbs after having my first child. I have hit a plateau and haven't lost a single lb in over 1 month, so I decided to try Alli to "boost" my diet and maybe start losing again. So I just starting taking Alli one week ago today.

DIET/EXCERCISE PLAN:
I eat a fat free breakfast and lunch 5 days a week and am only taking Alli with dinner. On weekends I have a light breakfast but with some fat so I take a pill then as well - but keep to my fat free lunch. For snacks I eat one fiber "snack bar" in the late afternoon and a fat-free fudgecicle and maybe some popcorn in the evening. I do a 25 minute Cardio Circuit 3-4 times a week and pilates 2-3 time a week.

PROGRESS:
I want to track my progress and take some accountablity. Although I plan to weigh myself once a week and do measurements once a month (maybe more once I get going). So this is my first report and I will start from the beginning:

START:
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 172 lbs
Waist: 35 inches
Hips: 45 inches

Week ONE:
Weight: 170 lbs

Down two lbs Not bad for being "stuck" for so long.

Week TWO:
Weight: 169 lbs

Another lb down - gotta admit this was a tough week with my baby's birthday party and all. I splurged a bit but still lost one so I am happy

Still chugging along and losing. Forgot to post last week as it was a busy week but am still showing slow and steady progress.

Week THREE:
Weight: 167 lbs

Week FOUR:
Weight: 165 lbs

I have added Billy Blank's Bootcamp 1-2 times a week to my excercise routine but still doing the 25 minute Cardio Circuit 2-3 times a week and pilates 1-2 times a week - at least 4 days of excercise a week but usually 5- 6 days. Feeling much stronger and less jiggly
