What should I do?

Hi, I work in an office and all of my colleague are always criticizing what I eat. They are always talking about their diets and about the foods their neurologist told them to eat. They love to talk about their gym memberships, but I rarely hear them talk about actually going. The thing is that they are all fat, and none has lost any weight. I love to eat, and if stop eating the way I do, I'll get skinny. I don't want to be skinny, I like having a big butt, big arms, and a still keep my flat stomach. What should I do?

I think that fat free milk/yogurt are just as good now....of course when you 1st start it, you don't think so...but you grow to love it!

I agree. The first few times I had fat-free milk and yogurt I had a little trouble getting them down, but now I love my yogurt snack in the middle of the day.

Reminds me of a teenager forcing myself to love water after only been drinking nothing but soda...now at age 26 I can't live without my 16 cups of water a day!

More specifically it's milk with the cream removed (i believe, could be wrong). I hear goats milk is good, you could even go to soy milk if you want. Try anything long enough and you'll get used to it.

I have only have light soya milk for years as I can't stand the taste of cows milk. Although soya can be good you need to watch some soya products as they can be high in calories (in yogurts for example watch for the added sugar).

To be honest tho I think sometimes it is a question of amounts if you have a small glass of full fat milk but would drink a large glass of skimmed milk as it is "low in fat" you might as well of had a a tiny bit of the full fat stuff.
