It isn't enough to take a pill

When I first heard about alli, I thought, "At last!" A pill that works!

Now I realize that in order to use it successfully, I have to diet and exercise. And to avoid the most gruesome of the side effects, I have to manage the fat in my diet.

So I still have to go on a diet. And exercise. Damn.

Yeah, it's a shame those 'eat ice cream and lose weight' diets don't work, isn't it?

Considering the side effects, control of your diet is going to be especially important.

And ice cream definitely would not be good.

omigod, no. I'm going to have to give up ice cream, bacon, good steaks, all lunch meats except chicken and turkey, potato chips...nearly everything I eat.

I exaggerate. But I see a lot of fruit and bread in my future.

Of course, we all want to be thin and even fit without doing any work. I was a skinny teen, and I want it to be that easy again.
