I love DVD's - I can workout at home and on my own time. I particuarly love pilates and low impact cardio. Right now my two favs are:
The Method Pilates - Target Specifics: It targest Abs, Arms, Hips and Thighs, not too hard to do although there are a few moves I have to "cheat" - but I get a good workout and my heart rate goes up while I'm building lean muscle.
Denise Austin - Power Zone - The Ultimate Metabolism Boosting Workout: This one has a resistance band and while only 25 minutes of Cardio it is a cardio circuit meaning you strength train while doing the cardio. It is easy and you don't have to be too coordinated to do it - which is usually my downfall on cardio
