Drinking tea?

Does anyone drink tea? I heard that some kinds of tea can reduce your appetite. Is that true?

I've been told that having a hot drink before a meal helps curb your appetite.

where I can find some wall charts

I recently heard of some sort of wall charts that can be used in gyms/etc. for people to find out what sort of weight lifting/exercises are best for their needs. If you want to gain muscle, lift these reps x sets, etc. giving numerous options. Has anyone seen these or know where I can find some? I am looking for any sorts of instructional options that can be used for informational purposes in a university fitness center.

You can do certain exercises to tone certain areas, but there are no exercises you can use to "spot reduce" certain areas. That will only happen with proper diet and aerobic exercise. If you do that, you'll lose fat all over.

i.e. If you do certain exercises...say abdominal exercises -- crunches, etc. your abdominal muscles will become toned but if you have fat there, it will stay there until you change your diet (with Alli to assist, I suppose) and do cardiovascular exercise.

Great advice NotSureAboutThis. I think many people overlook the fact that working out will not simply make you toned. A person needs to eliminate the fat to have toned muscles.

I don't know much about appetite reducer but Green tea is a powerful supplement that has been widely used for immune-enhancing effects and fat loss. It helps your body burn fat faster, increases metabolic rate and boosts your immune system and mental alertness. For more info about Tea please visit my site My Tea Logic

Drinking tea

There are lots of reasons why I enjoy a hot cup of tea: I love the aroma of various flavors of tea; holding onto a hot tea mug warms my hands on a cold winter morning; sipping tea in front of the fireplace is a great way to relax. And those are just the feel-good reasons. If you're not drinking tea yet, read up on these 10 ways tea does your body good and then see if you're ready to change your Starbucks order!
