I already take a multi-vitamin every day. Should I take two? Or look for a higher dose?

You may not need to take anymore. Do you also get some nutrition from vegetables and such? If so, then you probably get enough.

Of course, you can take two just to be safe, as long as it isn't dangerous. Some vitamins aren't good for you if you take too much.

One of the things you have to watch with the combination vitamin and mineral drugs is the minerals. You could easily get more of them than you need.

If you take individual vitamins instead of a combination pill, you could figure out which things are fat soluble or fatty acids and take extra doses of those.

That's a good idea. I don't take the vitamins individually, because I like to just have 1 pill to take and then not have to worry about it.

I think I'd find working out the individual doses far too complicated. Watching my diet and increasing my exercise level and all the side effects will be complicated enough.

I'm going to stick with the multi-vitamin.
