progress

I will!
I'm a little frustrated because I have been making progress in losing weight (numerically) but I feel like it's not showing as much as it should by this point.

I agree with you bell. I feel the same way. I just cant seem to get toned up at all. I mean the scale says I've lost weight, but I'm not so sure it looks like it.

I started taking Alli 10days ago I weighed in yesterday for the first time and lost 4 pounds. No difference in clothes yet but even light weight training will help tone. Hard to do all the time. I started jogging/walking. I would love to find out how others are doing.

I have the opposite effect. I have been taking Alli for about 4 months, cut my caloric intake to >2000/day and am walking at least 1-2 miles on the treadmill each day. I have lost about 6 lbs but have been on a plateau for about 2 months now. I can feel it in some of my clothes, but not seeing a number change for so long is sooo frustrating.

well don't be frustrated by that! If you feel a difference but the numbers aren't changing you're probably gaining muscle from the working out and loosing fat. muscle weighs more then fat after all! keep it up
