I love cheese!

I'm not sure if I could do this plan... cheese is my favorite food and I don't know if I could eliminate it!

Hard cheese is one of things that needs to be very limited whilst taking orlistat. I can have about 1oz of reduced fat cheddar or a sprinkling of parmasan on pasta but that's about it.

I do sympathise, I ADORE cheese too! I love it on jacket potatoes, in salads, on toast or crackers or even on its own. I love nearly all types of cheese. But the fear of the side effects has made me very very careful, Ive only had a sprinkle pf parmesan on a salad since Friday and for me thats some going! I just hope it works!

You have to give up all but a few sprinkles on a salad or something. Come on, you can do that...it's worth it!

I love cheese too alot and since I started using Alli I decided that I dont need the cheese and the weight loss is the best bet, so far I did it and dont eat cheese on my sandwiches and I dont even miss it. You can do it.

iimyh what cheese exactly you like. I love emental ! And i think that i love some east europe cheese!
