Not working with no side effects? PLEASE help! - Page 4

Thanksa Welshy, I never use dairy anyway which is why I suspect it's the Alli. can anyone else let me know if they've had such a problem since taking Alli. I just want to be sure my suspicions are accurate.

Hi I am only on day 4 of taking Ali and I like a lot of people am having no obvious side effects, I will give it a week before I start fretting that it's not really working for me. the only effect seems to be wind but thats not new for me ha ha. Good luck to all of us!

i think you must skip your 1 day diet and every thing will be fine.

To soscareditsnotworking - I am experiencing exactly the same dilemma as you. I too am only looking to shed a few pounds. I have been taking it for 5 days now and have GAINED a pound! I'm not impressed! I am going to re visit my consultant tomorrow to question this. I've had no side effects whatsoever. Neither has my mum who is also taking them. So, you're not alone. Keep me updated on how it's going for you and I'll let you know how I'm doing. I'm not giving up just yet.
