Hello im new to this, I was wondering what effect if any does alcohol have with this diet? this diet sounds like something i can do but on friday nights i like my rum and cokes....how will this affect me?

Have been on Orlistat for 5 months now. Alcohol is fine to take but remember it is "wasted calories".
