Hello,
My mother is wanting to start Alli but she is concern that it might affect her liver, she has heard that it can, is that true? Please clarify this for us because I too would like to start taking it. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from someone soon.

I am taking this from the official Alli site in that it is not systemic, it works in the gut (stomach and intestines) so there is no chance that it will affect your liver.
