I have only been taking it for a week but I have tried it with 3 meals a day and have had "treatment effects" after each meal and I have tried eating no fat at breakfast and only taking it at lunch and dinner and have had "treatment effects" after only the meals with fat. So if you only eat once a day that I would only take it once a day... but Im no doctor good luck

Bleeding with Alli

Has anyone had any bleeding while taking Alli? Mine was like I was on my period but I don't have one. My friend also tried Alli and she had the same problem. I quit taking it because of the bleeding.

The bleeding doesn't sound good! I still haven't tried it. Has anyone else had any side effects like this? I am still investigating the product.

My guess would be that bleeding is from polyps? Maybe your colon is irritated from the TE's possibly.
