Hey I know it is not the best stuff in the world and I know I should be eating proper food but in the mornings I can't face the thought of eating and a milkshake is quick and easy. Just wondered, is it okay to have a milkshake (made from slimfast powder) whilst on xenical?

I've been a regular user of Slimfast ready to drink products throughout my weightloss - its the convenience of being able to take it with me without having to think what I'm having that's attractive to me.

I do take the Xenical with it but tbh Slimfast is very low fat anyhow so it is questionable whether its worth taking for the amount of fat not absorbed.
