Possible Weight Gain from Alli

I was reading the side effects and possible outcomes of Alli, and it listed that in a clinical study, it was shown that after the user got off Alli, they had significant weight gain. I am slightly worried, and was wondering if anybody who has taken Alli has had a problem with this?

Any feedback would be much appreciated

I was warned as much by my primary care physician when she prescribed me Xenical (the prescription form of Alli). However I believe its not coming off the medication itself that causes the weight gain, more likely a return to former poor eating habits which is the same for all 'diets' and why most diets fail. If an individual continues to maintain the the healthy eating pattern they have established there's no reason why weightloss cannot be permanent.
