How low is too low...
Hi,

I started using Alli yesterday and was reading the helpful little booklet and it said that if the meal was low in fat then not to bother with the pill and this got me wondering, what is low fat? My breakfast is 3.3g of Fat and I was wondering if I should take the pill or save it (and thus make my bottle last longer). Also to what level of Fat in food is it too low. If my meal has, say, 6g of far then should I take the pill or is this still too low?

I don't bother taking the pill if my meal has less than 5g of fat, which for me is most often at breakfast.
