Im new to the ALLI
Any advise would be good, I have just ordred this and am awaiting delivery, does it really work, can anyone give me the lift I so desperatley need to get me going.

Hi,

I bought these pills 5 days ago and have taken them religiously 20 mins before each meal, 3 times a day just like my consultant told me. However I have not experienced any urgency to visit the bathroom or any of the side effects at all. In fact, although I have eaten a mix of healthy and not so healthy foods over the past 5 days, I have actually gained a pound! Not a great start. A little disappointed as these pills aren't cheap. So I will be re visiting my consultant tomorrow. Let me know how you get on with them.
