Ok, this confuses me: Alli inhibits the absorption of lipids, but most vitamins are fat-soluble, not water soluble. That would mean that most of the vitamins won't be absorbed. But adding more vitamins shouldn't increase the absorption of the lipids and the lipids being absorbed will eventually reach a saturation point. Won't most of the extra vitamins just pass through my system and not be absorbed? Sounds to me like I'll just be depleting my vitamin intake. Does someone have a biochemical mechanism that explains the safety of this product?
*P.S. Yes you can get too many vitamins, more so for fat-soluble than water soluble (which would just pass through your system). But all vitamins have adverse side effects when taken in great excess.
