New to Forum and Alli

Hello my name is Angela and I thought I would just say hi!

I have been dieting since August 13th keeping my calories down and fat but finally decided this week to try alli along with it.

So far I have lost (Since August 13th) 17 pounds and 12.5 inches. I still have 38 pounds to lose to meet my goal but its a good start I think.

I use the calorieking.com program (you download it to your computer) to keep track of my intake and my exercise. So far its been really good but I was kinda stuck so I figured alli might pull me out of my plateau and get me losing again. So far I haven't had any bad experiences with it but my fat intake is usually under 15 grams per meal anyway so I'm really not sure if its working for me or not.
