hi all, ive just started xenical ive six stone to lose! i hope and pray these make a difference and help me lose the weight.

Hi,i know how you feel i have 7 stone to lose,i have bee n on xenical for 3 days now and so far so good.If need to chat at all i am about most of the time.Lucy

i am following the slimming world diet, last year i lost a just over a stone.I have been taking orlistat for 4 days i get weighed again next wednesday.

Hi i am doing weight watchers but doing it on my own i did it many years ago and lost about 4 stone but have gone back to my old ways,anyway day 4 today and so so good.Lucy

Hi 1 stone=14lbs,i think slimming world is similar weighters watchers i could be wrong i think its the only diet i have not been on.Lucy

the slimming world diet has two different days red and green, on a green day you are aloud as much pasta,rice,potatoes,baked beans as u like along with fruit and veg.On a red day u can have as much meat as you like plus the fruit and veg.The idea is not to mix the two days.
