Hi guys
Hi everyone! I'v joind to help gt a bit more support with my weightloss goals.

I'm over the moon - I've just finished my first week of Orlistat and hav just got weighed at my local slimming club to a loss of 5.5lbs!!

I have never lost that much in a week, and can't believe how different my weightloss has been - I am a massive fan!!

Hope to be speaking to you soon, with another 4st to go, I may be here a while!!

Hi minkytottoo,

Wow! Congrats. Glad it's going so well for you. I've started taking Alli pills about 5 days ago. I have no side effects (thank god). Do you have any tips at all? That's a great achievement for 1 week!
