New to this thread

I'm new to this thread!

Started Alli 2 weeks ago and lost 4llbs the first week, this week I have put on 2llbs!!

Starting weight 12 stone

Now 11.12 llbs

On any diet I have ever tried I always seem to lose it then put it on the next week, so never really get anywhere. Hence have been 12 stone for 5 years now.

I need to lose 2 stone to be healthy and happier with myself. I seem to have a problem with eating and don't know when to stop.

Any tips to stop me eating too much??
