I've been cutting back on fats and was thrilled to discover I'd lost three pounds! Is anyone else losing weight without taking xenical?

I lose some weight without taking anything, but then I often gain it back. I can't keep it off, and I can't continue to lose weight.

I have lost almost ten pounds from cutting back over the last month. Maybe the reason they tell you to lose slowly is because it is easier to do?

I think that is true. When I try to make drastic changes and lose weight quickly, I end up giving up and gaining the weight back. Slow and steady wins the race!

Hopefully xenical will make slow and steady not quite as slow but equally steady.

I've lost 23lb in 3 months without taking anything, just following a low-fat diet. However I only lost 2lb last month so my Dr prescribed Xenical. Day 5 and seems to be going well - no side-effects at least.
