No, that is the max fat grams per meal and you should try and keep under that for maximum benefit. Also, be warned that some food states fat grams per 100grams and then you find that whatever you are eating is 200grams, so that is obviously double fat grams!!!

well just got weighed at my GP's today and been on xenical for 3 weeks and 1 day and i have lost 9lb . i was so chuffed

i love xenical!!!!

iv just started my 3rd months supply of xenecal (some days i only take 2 tablets as i have fruit for brekkie)

i had a weigh in at the docs last week, and iv lost 19lbs since starting on the tablets

i am walking a lot, so that must be helping too

Right I had day 1 today and it has gone well, no side effects at all which I am really chuffed with.

my starting stats are 15st 2lb and I am going to try and update them here weekly for some extra motivation

i dont have scales in the house, and im sticking to getting wieghed every 4 weeks or so at the doctors

so i wont be posting so regularly

but i will, and if i have any tips, i will let you guys know!!!

skinny cow hot choccy is amazing, and only 40 cals a mug!!!

I have been taking this three weeks now, and have lost 8 pounds. Thought I would have lost more, and feel a bit down about it. It was my home weigh day today, and although all my clothes feel a bit looser, the tape measure doesn't say it, and my weight has stayed the same last week. Well I just need to get off my bum and do some exercise I suppose. Does anyone have the wii fit, and if so does it work?

Well done you. 5 months in for me down to 11 stone so nearly 2 stone so far. Have had a few side effects!

It is good to see that no side effects does not mean no weight loss. I have been taking Alli for almost a week now and have experienced no side effects whatsoever (neither has my mum). This worried us a little as the consultant did say we should expect at least some of the side effects. However, we are staying motivated and will weigh in at the weekend to see what the results are. Fingers crossed.
