I tend to be alittle on the obsesive compuliseve side when it comes to my dieting and I want to know exactly how much I am burning calorie wise.
Here are a few links that i really like when i do my calulations. Also I have included a weight/height guide that is realistic. I dont know how you guys are but I am 5'4" and right now I weight 188. Now my ideal is 150 but if you look at the majority of site out there they will tell you that at my height that weight is still very overweight for me but thats not true because I am a very big boned person and if i weighted what they TELL ME I should weigh I would be dead, its just way to thin. Maybe its the same for you!
