I am asking you as i see what great success you have had with these pills well done to you a huge pat on the back.
kind regards Valerie

Its a long time since I posted on this forum but am pleased to report that I've lost a total of 118lbs and have 2lbs more to lose to reach the goal I set when I started. It took me over two years to do.

I think its important to see effective weightloss on Orlistat not to eat too low fat or it simply won't help. I found that instead of eating FF or VLF dairy, just eating normal low fat products helps me get sufficient (but not too much) fat in my diet.

Thankyou Kitty for your reply. Well done on youe weight loss you must be feeling amazing and much fitter. I will do as you say and get low fat products but not as low as i have been up till now as it would be a waste of time taking the tablets. Thankyou for you taking the time to reply to me since it has been a long time since you were on this site. You enjoy it when you reach your goal.
