really bad side effects

Ok i have heard of some people having really bad side effects you know which ones i mean the loo ones,but i never knew that they would be this bad and i dont even eat that much fat i eat about 25 grams a day,i am even scared to break wind.I feel that i can no longer go on taking xenical i just cant cope.

Well after a good long hard think and reading up i am goin to stay on xenical found a site that says if you continue to take it the side effects usually claim down,i just need to get my fat intake right and i should be ok.I dont really want to come off i can tell i have lost weight dont know how much though as i dont have scales.

Hi Lucy, how's it going? I think I met you on another well known diet BB (3 Fat Chicks)? I tend to look in on this site once or twice a month as its very quiet on here.

Anyhow, I'm pleased to report that as I approach the end of my 9th month on Xenical that I've lost 55lb on it (plus the 23lb I'd lost before).

My advice is to stick with it.

Hey Kitty we did talk on 3 fat chicks,just wanted to say well done you've done really well with your weight loss,As for myself had to go back to the docs the side effects were that bad that i didnt dare leave the house for fear that i might have an accident,I went through my diet plan with the doc which she said was fine and shouldn't be having such bad effects and has taken me of xenical she offered me some others pills but i want to see if i can do it by myself so i am now doing low fat low carb only been a few days but its going well.Lucyxx
