Hi everyone!!!!
I have been taking xenical for 5 days now at first nothing just gas I myself too was beginning to wonder if it was working then this morning I had an oily stool yummy hehe!!! So I know somethings happening I eat a low fat diet anyway so at first I thought well how am i gonna loose weight if i dont put fat into my body???? What i would like to happen is the fat already in my body to burn away with the help of xenical is this possible??? I have read many posts and people saying that they have lost x amount of pounds in a few weeks but you have to eat fat to make it work thats what i carnt understand??? if anyone could give me there thoughs on this I would appreciate it im a newbie to xenical!!!!

hi im new to this also, i was a bit worried the first day, this is my 3rd day and im doing ok side effect wise, wont weigh myself till im 7 days on them.. i also heard u have to eat some fat for the tablet to work..im trying to get all the information i can.. anybody got any advice?
