Just wondered what people think about this...
My breakfast - 2 slices of brown bread with low fat margerine is virtually fat free, a few grams at the very most and my lunch is only coming to a few grams at the moment, which consists of ham sandwhich, yoghurt, low fat crisps and two pieces of fruit (I haven't played around with this yet but I'm going to also have ham salads and soups)...
Anyway, so my main meal on a night, does this mean I can have slightly more fat intake than 15g's? Or does it need to be balanced over 3 meals?
I after running around all afternoon I usually get hungry around 4pm so I have just had a snack of dried fruit, weighed and coming in under 1.0g of fat and a ham sandwhich which is a couple of grams at the most.... Which still doesn't put me at my daily useage?
Is what I'm doing Ok?
