How long?
Do the side effects last.. Not got the wind but do have the "orange" and altho I have a lot of weight to loose I still have it occasionally. Any suggestions The past few days I have had salads without dressings lean roasted chicken breast strips. Loads of fresh fruit, no milk or diary products some cuppa soup and breakfast cereal with fruit on it and loads and loads of water.

do you still get the orange yuck on the diet your eating? and is it controllable, ie could you still hold down a job, go for an interview and travel
