Had my first weigh in today..........

And lost 2 kg's = 4.4 lbs (I prefer lbs as it seems more) It should have been a lot more but I messed up big time on the first week. Been on them almost two weeks. So it is now head down and get serious now as if I don't loose a fair amount in the next two weeks they will not renew my prescription and I don't want that do I?

Any help or encouragement or bulllying me into it will be perfectly ok with me

How long have you been on them?My GP's and MAP only stay to lose 2lb a week. I havent even been able to do that since before Xmas,as ive had to keep stopping and starting them!...had doubts about restarting,but I starting taking them again yesterday.So ill be back around here to chat if you like.

I was on them 2 weeks wjen I got weighed. I don't seem to be loosing the weight fast but am loosing it ..my next weigh in is on 2nd March and I would like too looose more or they may take me off the tablets. I am eating corectly (with only one big slip up) .

Why dont you ring the ladys at MAP,see if they can give you any advice.I had to ring them last week and they are very nice.

Might do that as I have my pack and am filling in the food diary as I go along. I plan to do more exercise this week as in the past couple of weeks I have been unwell and not able to do much.
