Has Xenical worked for you?

It seems most of the people here either in the process of taking Xencial or are still thinking about it and/or preparing for it. Is there anyone who has successfully used it?

I have a friend who takes it, and she lost some weight and says it is worth it.

I have been on it for about one month now...i wasn't that overweight...i was 5"4 inches and i was up to 168...one month later i'm now 158....and i want to go to about 145....i'm kinda a curvy girl and don't want to get skinny. i find it works really well for me....I have cheated on weekends and stuff and I don't think alcohol is recommended but when we go to the cottage on weekends I tend to indulge....for me it was worth it...and plan to continue.

I have been on it for 2 weeks, and am down 7 lbs. I took it 2 years ago, and lost 30 lbs in 3 months. I think it works well, and is worth the money.

Sounds like it's working really well for you! Can you give me an example of a daily menu for you? I'm concerned that unless I follow some kind of diet then I might eat too many carbs and still not lose weight?
